Getting A Group Project Going:

I was once in this group project for school, and there was an enormous amount of work that had to be done. At first glance, the work seemed completely overwhelming. My teammates and I had very little faith that we could get it all done in time. However, upon seeing that the work was to be done in Microsoft Excel (which I have experience in), I knew that we would be able to divide the work evenly, divvy it up, and complete it on time.

I remember my teammates feeling overwhelmed, especially one who already had mountains of homework for another class of his. In this decisive moment, I took charge and made a quick plan for my teammates. We were to split the work as evenly as possible, and then work on some tasks together. By doing this, we were able to put our best efforts into smaller chunks that would gradually reduce the overall work that had to be done, and once the more menial tasks had been eliminated, we would work as a team to finish the larger tasks at hand.

Suffice to say, my plan managed to work, and we were able to come together as a team and complete the project before its inevitable due date. Because of my idea, our team was able to push through this seemingly insurmountable assignment. If hired, I will put in effort just like this, hoping to complete any task I am given.
